Swift Fitness is a movement studio specialising in assisting you to discover the freedom to move more intelligently.
If you are someone that wouldn’t attend a traditional gym but know you need support to increase your movement, strength and fitness, then Swift Fitness has been designed with you in mind.
Our timetable embraces a range of disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Spin, Aerial Yoga and our own functional strengthening sessions called MOVE that are aimed to improve the way you move throughout your day. All our sessions are catered towards the beginner and intermediate fitness levels and we also have programs that are tailored towards kids, teens, seniors, mums and bubs and all abilities.
Most importantly at Swift we care, whether it be through our comfortable sized group sessions or our private sessions you will always feel looked after at the Swift Fitness allowing you to get on with achieving better movement that will empower you to live the life you chose.
